Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Seller Advocate to drive the success of third-party sellers on Walmart Marketplace. This role is pivotal in providing sellers with essential tools, resources, and support to enable them to grow their businesses effectively.

About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies to improve seller performance, retention, and satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to design scalable solutions and resources that address key seller pain points and opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seller enablement programs and initiatives to enhance seller experience and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • Program Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management.
  • E-commerce Industry Expertise: 3+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry.
