Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team.

  • Identify and establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Selling through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Managing potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Leading solution development efforts that address end-user needs.
  • Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Recruiting new qualifying partners.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of the industry.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to travel to partner locations and have a solution-oriented outlook with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
