Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team.
- Identify and establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Selling through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Managing potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
- Leading solution development efforts that address end-user needs.
- Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Recruiting new qualifying partners.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of the industry.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to travel to partner locations and have a solution-oriented outlook with the ability to build lasting relationships.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
