Job Opportunity
This role is part of our administrative team, handling a high volume of templated communications, maintaining records and daily logs. It requires attention to detail and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing high-volume, templated communications via approved channels.
- Maintaining accurate records by validating details, managing Do-Not-Contact lists and deduplicating information.
- Triage inbound responses using pre-defined flows and updating trackers.
- Performing end-of-day quality assurance to ensure accuracy in counts, exceptions and variance notes.
- Following standard operating procedures exactly and escalating exceptions immediately while protecting confidentiality.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in medical administration, pharmacy back-office, RCM or insurance back-office roles.
- Strong written English skills and comfort with repetitive tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records systems is an advantage.
- A commitment to confidentiality with awareness of sensitive information and prioritizing accuracy over speed.
Working Conditions:
- UK hours (typically 13:30–22:30 IST; Mon–Fri).
