Lead Team Performance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.

  • Drive team performance by leading, motivating, and developing a team of 15–20 members.
  • Monitor and improve productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition metrics.
  • Identify training needs and address process gaps to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling international processes and team management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
