Senior Brand Protection Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and improve operational workflows for IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in developing and managing new business models while driving innovation.
This role combines a startup mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support. It offers significant autonomy with strong potential for growth as the company expands.
We are looking for an accomplished brand protection specialist who can drive our IP protection services and client success initiatives forward. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing operational workflows, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
- Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
- Operational Execution: Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective delivery of tasks.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
- Business Development: Partner with colleagues to identify, research, and drive forward new leads and strategic partnerships.
