Job Title: Production Support Engineer - Capital Market Experience

Role Summary:

The role of Production Support Engineer involves providing technical support to business users, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
