Technical Trainer Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and enabling learners to gain hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training programs for students and corporate professionals.
  • Design and develop course content, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning materials.

  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
  • Customize training modules based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve course quality and delivery standards.
  • Mentor and guide learners towards career growth and certification readiness.
Training Domains:
  • Programming Languages: C, C++, Java, Python
  • Frontend Technologies: React.js
  • Full Stack Development: MERN stack
  • Cyber Security
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven expertise in at least one of the above technologies.
  • Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver hands-on practical learning.
  • Industry certifications (if any) in respective domains will be an added advantage.
