Accounting Leadership Role

Job Description:

The role of Senior Executive involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of accounting functions, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

  • Manage key accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management information reports, and monthly closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Support internal and external audits, guaranteeing timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive informed business decisions.
  • Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments to optimize cash flow.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Intermediate) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP or Tally.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
