Executive Account Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to manage our Client Portfolio and lead our Account Managers team in executing client engagements. This role requires a strong understanding of US GAAP Accounting or US Taxation or AP or AR processes for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in core US Accounting processes or a similar domain, with a good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable processes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in KPO or BPO or Process Industry is required, with fluency in written and verbal English communication. The ability to handle multiple clients and prior experience of handling a team of 15-20 staff members are also essential.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing management reports for clients, training the team on execution, managing client communication and satisfaction, and developing staff by managing performance, setting goals, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement.
  • Working knowledge of different US GAAP Accounting or US Taxation or AP or AR processes for multiple Clients.
  • Knowledge of Monthly closing of books of accounts.
  • Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution.
  • Managing client communication and satisfaction.
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
  • Periodic review meetings with management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 Years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.
  • Good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Should have at least 3 years experience in KPO or BPO or Process Industry.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must.
  • Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.
  • Prior experience of handling team of 15-20 staff members.
  • Good hands on MS Office and different Accounting Software's
  • Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements. Prior experience of creating and implementing SOPs is a must.
  • Train the team members on various projects and groom them accordingly.
  • Should be an expert in handling client escalations.
  • Ready for working in 2nd shift and handle Client calls on odd hours if needed
