Business Valuation Expert Sought for Key Role

We are seeking an accomplished business valuation professional to join our team in a key role. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert business valuation services to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze financial data from various sources, including financial statements, tax returns, and bank statements.
  • Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  • Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends and areas for further investigation.
  • Implement appropriate normalization adjustments to financial statements.
  • Assist in building and refining valuation models, performing adjustments, and applying quantitative techniques to support business valuation conclusions.
  • Prioritize projects and participate in scheduling meetings.
  • Oversee all stages of the valuation project life cycle, apply appropriate valuation methodologies, and reconcile value indications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA, or other advanced degree or certification.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum four years of experience in accounting or finance.
