Senior Associate Role

This role involves focusing on business valuation and financial analysis, leveraging expertise in financial reporting, historical financial results, and future financial projections to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Valuation: Conduct comprehensive valuations of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze historical financial results to explain business trends and identify risks, challenge assumptions related to future financial projections, and develop discount rates (WACC, IRR, WARA, etc.).
  • Model Development: Construct and review valuation and other financial models, present analyses and conclusions to internal management and external clients, and perform market/industry research and develop industry growth estimates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Possess minimum 2+ years of experience performing work related to fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments.
  • Financial Theory: Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies.
  • Database Expertise: Showcase comprehensive experience with financial databases and tools such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
  • Project Management: Display a track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
