Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

A seasoned sales leader is required to spearhead growth initiatives within the IT services sector. As a strategic director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, foster partnerships, and negotiate contracts to expand market share and revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing sales teams, promoting an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Set ambitious sales targets, track performance, and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive market approaches and provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, forecasts, and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
