Job Position:

Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to contribute to our organization's data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and managing complex data systems.
  • Expertise in advanced data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake (with knowledge of Snowflake Cortex being an advantage) and Databricks SQL.
  • Strong proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools such as SSIS and familiarity with big data frameworks like Cloudera.
  • Advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL), including the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in PySpark for data processing and transformation.
  • Familiarity with various databases and file formats, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
  • Familiarity with ticket tracking systems like Jira.
  • Experience with development environments such as Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to join the team within 15 to 30 days.
