Job Description

This role oversees strategic planning, execution and oversight of marketing programs for the division. Under guidance from country sales leadership, it drives campaigns to build sales pipeline, nurture leads and convert to orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for the division, inclusive of product marketing and segment-focused marketing.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Sales Enablement.
  • Manage events and trade shows.
  • Manage speaker presentation materials.
  • Research/make recommendations on industry associations for digital marketing and sponsorships.
  • Proactively support effective internal communications and external communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Marketing campaign development and event management experience.
  • Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills at multiple levels of decision makers.
  • Well-developed organizing and time management skills.
