Job Overview
We are seeking a Telesales representative for our Bangalore location. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers with a minimum to maximum of one year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales techniques and be adept at negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote staffing and recruiting services.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain customer information, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships through attention to detail and personalized service.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
