Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

 

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel

    • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues

    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency

 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or management

    • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
