Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules, analyzing equipment breakdowns, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize asset reliability.
  • Equipment Analysis: Analyze equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians/engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance of Machines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contract Management: Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and third-party service providers to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
  • KPI Analysis: Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, breakdown frequency) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
