About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Manager to handle the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and readiness of the farm property. The role involves both planning and on-ground execution and is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all physical infrastructure including event venues, restrooms, staff quarters, and pathways
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping staff
  • Manage vendor relationships for services like electrical, plumbing, and waste management
  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of common areas and guest spaces
  • Ensure all facilities are event-ready and support logistics for setup/breakdown
  • Monitor and manage utilities (power, water, lighting, etc.)
  • Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules
  • Implement safety, emergency, and fire-preparedness protocols
  • Handle minor repair works and coordinate timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities, hospitality, or estate management

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of on-ground responsibilities
  • Must reside in or around Othivakkam / Guduvanchery (Non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and during events, including weekends when required

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: 3-3.5 LPA
