Front Office Executive Job Description

The primary role of the Front Office Executive is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, directors, and other staff members in a courteous manner. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information about the company and directing queries to relevant departments.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue passes as required. Inform relevant staff members about guest arrivals.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters), assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, and support HR and admin teams with clerical tasks, data entry, and document filing.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in organizing company events and meetings when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
