Job Overview:

The Print Production Manager oversees daily print operations, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and adhere to established processes for delivering tasks efficiently
  • Provide technical support to minimize costs and optimize resources
  • Collaborate with artwork studios and printers to ensure high-quality prints and consistency across projects
  • Support the design phase through the artwork process, reviewing and identifying potential risks
  • Liaise with stakeholders during color assessments on print work
  • Maintain color standards and coordinate logistics with courier services
  • Take initiative to resolve challenges and foster good relationships with stakeholders
  • Offer support onsite, offsite, and at printer's locations as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 5 years of progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge of various print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Occasional travel may be required (local/international)
