We are seeking a seasoned Search Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our search engineering group, you will play a critical role in crafting efficient schema designs and indexing pipelines for large-scale search applications.

  • Tech Proficiencies:
    • Search Engine Technologies: Extensive hands-on experience with Apache Solr and OpenSearch, including schema design, indexing pipelines, query parsing, clustering, and replication.
    • Programming Skills: 3+ years of professional experience with asynchronous patterns and dependency-injection frameworks in C#.
    • Cloud Deployment: Proven track record of deploying workloads on ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, or CDK.
    • Search Relevance Concepts: Solid understanding of tokenization, stemming, analyzers, boosting, query-time vs index-time strategies.
    • CICD and Testing: Expertise in unit, integration, and performance testing.
