Operations Management Position

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and manage multiple high-performing teams across several campaigns. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee daily operations and long-term strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of world-class service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior management, with at least 3 years of experience in BPO Operations or equivalent. You will be responsible for managing large teams, developing team and individual goals, and executing strategies to meet those goals.

Ambitious candidates who can motivate and inspire their teams will thrive in this role. You will also be expected to maintain daily communication with department heads, campaign leaders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead multiple high-performing teams across several campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet team and individual goals.
  • Maintain daily communication with department heads, campaign leaders, and senior management.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent client service across all campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in BPO Operations or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, with experience overseeing at least 600 FTEs.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
