We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to oversee compliance matters across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on regulatory, governance, and corporate transactions.
  • Oversight of compliance-related matters, investigation outcome reporting, and mitigation measures implementation.
  • To support the leadership team in ensuring smooth functioning of the Board and its Committees.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • LL.B from a reputable law school/university.
  • 15+ years of experience in Corporate Legal, Company Secretariat, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Proven track record of managing compliance for listed companies, board-level advisory, litigation management, and corporate governance.
  • Experience across audit, M&A, tribunal, settlements, policy, and government/regulatory engagement valued.
