Job Description
Singh Law Chambers LLP is opening job posts for Associates/Junior Associates.
Number of Vacancies
2 (Two)
Eligibility
§ The candidate(s) must be a law graduate.
§ Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 1-2 years in civil litigation/section 138 NI matters/experience at Lok Adalat/recovery etc. will be preferred.
§ The candidate(s) should be proficient in Research in all the national as well as international research portals such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, Jstore, etc.
§ The candidate(s) would be required to contribute on a full-time basis.
§ The candidate(s) must also have experience in handling corporate matters.
§ The candidate(s) must be open for travelling to handle outstation matters.
§ The candidate(s) must be proficient in English & Hindi.
§ The candidate(s) should be punctual, focused, and committed to the profession.
§ The candidate(s) who is immediately available to join will be preferred.
Responsibilities
§ Conducting extensive legal research.
§ Legal drafting w.r.t. Civil matters, Section 138 NI matters, Lok Adalat cases.
§ Attending Court proceedings i.e. Civil matters, Section 138 NI matters, Lok Adalat cases.
§ Preparation of Court documents.
§ Assisting in Court filings.
§ Writing reports.
§ Any other responsibility on a need basis.
