Job Description

Job Title: Principal Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets

Location: Delhi (Remote / Work From Home)

Experience:

Principal Associate: 7–9 years PQE

Senior Associate: 4–6 years PQE

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Capital Markets lawyers to join our growing team. This is a remote (WFH) opportunity based out of Delhi, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility without compromising on high-quality work. You will play a key role in advising clients on equity and debt transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage capital markets transactions end-to-end

Draft, review, and negotiate offer documents, DRHPs, agreements, and regulatory filings

Advise on SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and other relevant laws

Coordinate with issuers, investment banks, legal counsels, and regulators

Conduct legal due diligence and ensure timely, efficient deal execution

Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge development 

Requirements:

LL.B. from a reputed law school

Prior experience in handling a broad range of capital markets matters (equity)

In-depth knowledge of Indian securities law and listing regulations

Strong drafting, research, and client advisory skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with excellent communication and time management skills
