Job Description

Emaza Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading auditing, compliance, training, and consultancy organization serving FMCG, manufacturing, and global supply chain industries, having presence in more than 10 countries.

We are looking for a junior-level Associate Consultant who will assist our senior team in delivering IMS and Ethical Compliance projects for clients in India and overseas.

The role offers excellent exposure to international standards, client interaction, and travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Assist in social/ethical compliance projects (SEDEX/SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, Ecovedis etc).
- Coordinate with clients for audit readiness and data collection.
- Prepare checklists, reports, and presentations as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and project updates.
- Participate in site visits and audits (India and overseas).

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preference for candidates with knowledge of ISO standards andethical compliance).
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) and strong English proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online tools.
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel and relocate as per project needs.
- Candidates with up to 1-2 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
