Campaign Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing campaigns across multiple paid channels.

  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Conduct thorough research to identify key opportunities and develop strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative Development and Testing: Collaborate with design and product teams to create engaging ad copy and landing pages, and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor daily campaign metrics and generate insights to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and conversion goals.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing channels.
  • Proven track record working with D2C or ecommerce product companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Amazon, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and data interpretation.
