Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  3. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable credit terms and manage cash flow effectively.
  5. Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth and profitability.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, including tax laws and GST-related matters.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as CMA or CA are highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Proven track record of handling complex financial transactions and negotiations with banks and financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, including Excel and financial reporting tools.
