Job Title: Cloud Architect - Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect - Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to deliver business outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security. Additionally, they should have excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design and implement GCP solutions that meet business and technical requirements, including understanding customer needs, assessing current infrastructure, and recommending appropriate cloud services and architectures.
  2. Project Management: Develop strategies for migrating existing applications and workloads to GCP, assess feasibility, plan the migration process, and execute the migration with minimal disruption.
  3. Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions are secure, compliant with industry standards and regulations, and implement appropriate security controls on GCP.
  4. Automation and Deployment: Implement automation for provisioning, configuration management, and deployment of cloud resources using tools such as Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
  5. Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest GCP services, features, and best practices.
Requirements
  1. CLOUD ARCHITECTURE: Design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architecture solutions on GCP, selecting appropriate GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage) based on application requirements.
