Visual Director Role

We're searching for a visionary leader who thinks in storyboards, dreams in color systems, and treats AI as a co-designer. You'll own the visual identity across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats—and build the team, processes, and design culture that make it legendary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the visual language for all properties.
  • Lead design everywhere: web, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH—nothing is off-canvas.
  • Integrate Gen-AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.
  • Partner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows.
  • Create scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality, not compromise it.
  • Coach graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Editorial, Marketing, Events, and Product to ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably iconic.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 yrs leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • You see the narrative thread behind every pixel and can sell the concept in the boardroom.
