Job Description

The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time internship designed for final-year students and recent graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time job. You will be trained on our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend operations that keep things running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Operations: Get trained on our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend ops that keep things running.
  • Cross-Functional Rotations: Work across customer experience, product feedback, and process improvements.
  • Tooling & Automation: Use internal tools to track escalations, spot inefficiencies, and suggest automation to reduce manual work.
  • Capstone Project: Solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and real-world challenges. You should be a strong communicator with a bias for action and ownership, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
