Learning Experience Designer

We're seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging and immersive learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll design gamified behavioural learning experiences for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of adult learning principles and an interest in Behavioural Skills Development. You'll work closely with clients to customize content based on their learning needs analysis.

You'll be responsible for creating compelling content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations. Your scenarios, cases, and scripts should captivate learners and make the experience enjoyable.

We're looking for someone who can design engaging board games and virtual games for learning that are grounded in behavioural science. The focus should be on driving lasting change in learners.

Using internal and external technology platforms, you'll create immersive virtual learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to bring innovative ideas to life and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Key skills and knowledge required include:

  • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
  • Interest in Behavioural Skills Development
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality written content for various mediums
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred qualifications include any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design, or Communication.
