Visual Designer

We are seeking an exceptional Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our platforms and contributing to the growth of our business.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and emerging formats. You will be responsible for defining the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
