About the Opportunity

A skilled UX Copywriter will craft clear, concise, and intuitive content that enhances user experience across apps, websites, dashboards, and self-service portals used by millions of users.

This role involves leading UX writing initiatives from inception and elevating writing standards throughout the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- UX Writing & Microcopy Ownership: Develop and implement UX writing strategies to enhance user engagement.
- User-Centric High Impact Communication: Create high-quality, user-centric content for various platforms.
- Hands-on Experience: Lead cross-functional collaboration to create engaging content experiences.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience as a UX writer, content designer, or digital copywriter in a technology/service environment.
- Exceptional command of English with strong storytelling skills to write for clarity, action, and empathy.
- Experience working on large-scale platforms (web and mobile), creating content for discovery, user journeys, etc.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to adapt content based on data, feedback, and user behavior.
- Understanding of accessibility, localization, and UX writing for diverse user bases.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD is a plus.
