Job Title: Labeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Labeling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating label templates using various labeling tools and systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify label templates using advanced design software and technical documentation tools.
  • Familiarize yourself with regulatory standards including ISO 13485, ISO 15223, UDI, MDR, and EU Medical Device Regulation.
  • Develop and implement label templates that meet the requirements of these regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of label designs into product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and resolve labeling-related issues in a timely manner to prevent delays in production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Master's degree in engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in labeling design or related field with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Priysm, Nicelabel, Codesoft Loftware, and Windchill.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
