Integration Specialist

We seek a skilled Integration Specialist to collaborate with our team in implementing and configuring Transport Management Software (TMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TMS systems, API integration expertise, and a deep understanding of carrier configurations, warehouse management, and shipping policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • API Integration: Collaborate on building and maintaining integrations between the TMS and other platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Carrier Setup: Configure carrier accounts, service levels, and related settings to optimize rates, labels, and shipments.
  • Warehouse Configuration: Set up warehouse locations and related settings to align with routing and fulfillment best practices.
  • Shipping Rules: Implement business logic for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate systems via APIs.
  • Hands-on configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
