Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and scalability.
  • Pursue individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing, showcasing your ability to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to develop strategies that enhance employee retention and foster a positive work environment.
  • Engage in organizational planning, aligning hiring efforts with business objectives.
  • Focus on employer branding and networking, solidifying Docsumo's position as a desirable workplace.

You will be an excellent fit if you have:

  • A proven track record of scaling organizations from 50 to 200+ employees, particularly in SaaS companies.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
  • The ability to hire exceptional technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) or high-quality sales & marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
  • Exceptional communication skills to convince top talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
  • Detailed process orientation and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • An MBA in HR (preferred but not required).
