Job Overview

This key role requires a highly skilled professional to provide strategic support to the finance and strategy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update monthly performance reports, dashboards, and financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support in preparing annual budgets and tracking expenses against targets for optimal cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project-wise cost and revenue performance, flagging deviations to ensure timely intervention.
  • Assist in preparing cash flow statements and projections to ensure effective financial management.
  • Coordinate with accounts teams for daily fund tracking and reporting to ensure transparency.
  • Contribute to business plan preparation and financial modelling to drive strategic growth.
  • Work with internal teams and partners for data consolidation and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Help implement key financial initiatives led by CFO or GM to drive process improvements.
  • Prepare financial presentations and assist in audit and compliance processes to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
  • Experience in real estate is essential.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the General Manager (GM) or Senior General Manager (Sr. GM) - Finance & Strategy.
