Product Controller Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Product Control team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within finance and product control.

  • Own P&L analysis, product risk assessment, and financial accounting/reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with finance control standards, maintaining the highest level of regulatory adherence.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across reporting functions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product controllers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Deliver on key projects and support strategic initiatives within finance and product control, providing exceptional leadership and guidance to team members.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualified CA, CFA, or MBA degree with 10–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements, particularly those applicable to the banking industry.
  • Prior experience in product control, finance control, investment banking middle office, financial services, equity research, or stockbroking.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to build and mentor teams, driving growth and success.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and continuous improvement, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
