Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities and drive operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be on simplifying and training business strategies, enabling your project team to deliver quality outcomes. You will also manage key business objectives and milestones, working closely with project teams to optimize product placement and presentation in stores.

In this role, you will play an integral part in finding efficient solutions to various business challenges, as well as troubleshooting to mitigate risk to key deliverables. You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead mentoring and training new hires, and drive operational rigor within your business area by leveraging metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to simplify operations
  • Managing key business objectives and milestones
  • Optimizing product placement and presentation in stores

About You:

A strong candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations Management or Project Management preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in retail operations
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
  • Structure problem-solving skills, with application experience of process improvement tools and techniques
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and guide others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories using data
  • Excel proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
