As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to drive B2B lead generation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube ad campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Develop audience research and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop video ads, scripts, and funnels.
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports for clients & leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, tracking & analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting.
  • Creative thinker with ability to write scripts and optimize creatives.
  • Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on metrics, not guesses.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads.
  • Video editing or scriptwriting skills.
  • Previous work with US or international B2B markets.
