Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to accurately predict and prepare detailed cost estimates.

The primary responsibility of this role is to carefully review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.

  1. Carefully review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents.
  2. Identify Project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
  3. Familiarize yourself with applicable international codes and standards.
  4. Ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  5. Use appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.
  6. Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
  7. Familiarity with cost estimation software is an added advantage.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible.
