Estimator and Budgeting Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cost estimation and budget management. This involves developing comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for real estate projects, collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost projections, and monitoring and controlling project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also be responsible for conducting cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and cost-efficiency in project executions, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management based on cost estimations and budget forecasts, and staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements impacting project costs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting budget reports, variance analysis, and financial recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15-20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
