As a key member of our team, the Site Quality Head plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and expectations. This involves reviewing and approving procedures, identifying gaps, and updating master documents such as VMPs, SMFs, APQRs, QSPs, and others on an ongoing basis.

The Site Quality Head is responsible for handling day-to-day changes, deviations, incidents, market complaints, OOS, OOT, and investigated issues in a timely fashion. They work closely with different functions such as R&D, production, engineering, RA, purchase, compliance, marketing, and others to implement robust systems that meet regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively across various departments. You will also need to have a solid understanding of quality management principles and regulatory requirements.
