Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our training initiatives, driving strategic growth and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of training content and long-term success.
  • Develop forward-thinking training initiatives that stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge methodologies and emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Lead the refinement of training methodologies to optimize learning efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Provide strong leadership by mentoring and managing senior team members, guiding them to drive performance excellence within the training function.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering trainers and process coaches to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and develop leadership potential in key team members, promoting internal growth and career advancement.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the training department and leadership, facilitating open dialogue and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop and implement robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training programs at scale.
  • Track key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop strategic plans to address them, driving business growth and excellence.
Innovation in Training Methods:
  • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, to enhance learning outcomes and reduce training time.
  • Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, introducing innovative approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skills application.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the HCC industry.
  • Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Advanced leadership and training expertise, with a proven track record of driving high performance and achieving training objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding certification – AAPC/AHIMA.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing a team of managers, trainers, or quality leaders in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
