Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that will provide the opportunity to develop your skills in financial analysis, planning, and management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement effective reporting and analytics solutions to support business objectives.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on financial planning and analysis best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continued innovation and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) highly desirable.
  • Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
  • Should have worked on at least two end-to-end HFM/FCCS implementations.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable facing the client.
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and assignments.
  • Should be able to work on Reporting – Management and Narrative Reporting.
  • Should be able to work on integrations and automations.
  • Should be open to adopt new technologies.
  • Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning is a plus.
