AWS Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Design and implement advanced cloud infrastructure to meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable and secure cloud solutions, managing AWS RDS and EC2 SQL environments, and designing database migration strategies within AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead AWS-based infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage and optimize AWS RDS (SQL) and EC2 SQL environments.
- Design and execute SQL database migration strategies within AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Handle configuration management using Chef.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Ruby for deployments and configurations.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to define and deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Proactively monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across cloud and database layers.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and governance policies.
- AWS Cloud Services – EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing AWS infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in SQL RDS & EC2 SQL.
- Proven experience in database migrations within AWS.
- Advanced knowledge of Terraform for IaC.
- Proficiency in Chef for configuration management.
- Strong Ruby scripting and automation experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
