  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement endpoint security measures using Sophos and other EDR/XDR platforms with the latest technologies.
  • Design and implement policies, rules, and playbooks for threat detection and response ensuring real-time incident management.
  • Device Management:
  • Manage device configurations, implementation, and ongoing administration of MDM/UEM solutions like Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or MobileIron to maintain endpoint security and compliance across various environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • ITSM Tool Management:
  • Oversee IT service management processes using tools like ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Jira Service Management ensuring seamless incident, request, change, and problem workflows.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls based on ISO 27001 standards to meet industry requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities.
  • General Security Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening techniques.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management concepts.
