Job Title: Product Development Manager - R&D Commercial

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the R&D team, you will act as an interface between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Your primary responsibility will be to track and manage the product development cycle, collaborating with teams to meet timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technology transfer process from R&D to manufacturing units and third-party facilities.
  • Evaluate and support third-party manufacturing locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare technology transfer documents and assist factories in commercial manufacturing.
  • Provide basic support in packaging development, understanding various packaging formats (rigid, flexible, etc.), mold-making, and material qualification.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Personal Care & Home Care R&D with experience in the product development cycle.

You should also have experience working with cross-functional teams, basic knowledge of packaging development processes, and understanding of quality tools, ingredient evaluation, and formulation types.

Familiarity with Project Management tools and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this challenging role.

We are looking for someone with 7-10 years of industry experience and a degree in Chemical Engineering or Ph.D. in Chemical Science.

This position requires extensive travel to manufacturing/vendor locations.
