Customer Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience intern. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for tracking and managing customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys and WhatsApp.

You will work cross-departmentally and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience. You will possess a customer-first attitude, have a passion to solve customer problems, empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and managing customer experience
  • Proactive communication through calls, surveys and WhatsApp
  • Working cross-departmentally and on cross-functional projects
  • Solving customer problems with empathy and patience
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing bachelors or masters from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be a great added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries
